Affiliate Program Terms

1. Overview

These terms cover your participation in the Agent Software Suite affiliate program. Joining the program means you accept these terms alongside our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. How Commissions Work

Once approved, you earn 30% recurring on each of the first 12 paid invoices from every customer you refer to a paid Agent Software Suite plan.

Commissions are based on the net amount charged — after discounts, before tax. Free-tier accounts do not generate commissions.

Each commission is held for 30 days before becoming eligible for payout. Refunds or chargebacks on a referred purchase will reduce or cancel the related commission.

3. How Attribution Works

A referral is credited to whichever affiliate link or code the customer used most recently, within a 60-day window before their first paid checkout. Once attributed, that customer stays linked to you.

Accounts that existed before you joined the program are not eligible for attribution without our explicit written approval.

4. Getting Paid

We pay out monthly via Stripe once your balance hits $50 USD. Processing and currency conversion fees are yours to cover unless agreed otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax on your commission income. We may ask for tax documentation (W-9, W-8BEN, or equivalent) before releasing payments and may withhold where law requires it.

5. Reversals

If a referred customer is refunded, files a chargeback, or was acquired through a violation of these terms, the commission is reversed. If the reversal puts your account in deficit, we may offset it against future earnings or invoice you directly.

6. Who Can Apply

• You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter contracts in your country.
• We review every application by hand and reserve the right to approve, decline, or remove anyone at our discretion.
• Keep your contact, payout, and tax details accurate and up to date.
• Team members, contractors, and close family are not eligible to earn commissions on purchases they influence directly.

7. What You Can Do

• Write original content — blog posts, newsletters, YouTube videos, podcasts, social posts.
• Publish honest reviews, comparisons, and walkthroughs with clear affiliate disclosure.
• Share in communities (Discord, Slack, forums) where promotion is permitted by the rules of that space.
• Reach out directly to your own audience, with disclosure that you may earn a commission.

8. What You Cannot Do

• Bid on Agent Software brand terms or common misspellings in paid search ads.
• Post affiliate links on coupon sites, cashback platforms, or deal aggregators.
• Refer yourself, or route referrals through family members or secondary accounts.
• Make false or exaggerated claims about features, pricing, results, or our business relationships.
• Send spam, use deceptive pop-ups, stuff cookies, or violate FTC endorsement rules or equivalent laws in your country.
• Use our brand assets — logos, product names — in domain names, paid ads, or app listings without written permission.
• Use bots or automated traffic to inflate clicks, signups, or conversions.

9. Disclosure Requirements

You are solely responsible for meeting disclosure requirements where you operate, including FTC Endorsement Guide compliance in the US. Your affiliate relationship must be disclosed clearly wherever you promote Agent Software Suite — not buried in fine print.

10. Ending the Relationship

Either side can end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms, our Terms of Service, or applicable law have been violated.

Commissions that were already approved before termination will still be paid on the normal schedule. Commissions still in the clawback window may be forfeited if termination is for cause.

11. Your Status

Participating in this program makes you an independent promoter, not an employee, agent, or partner of Agent Software Suite. Please don't represent yourself as speaking on our behalf.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these terms as the program evolves. We'll notify you of material changes by email. Continuing to participate after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
